By joining Authors Avenue as a volunteer, you are not simply helping with an event. You are becoming part of a team that creates a space for writers to be heard, readers to connect, and stories to come to life.


As an Authors Avenue Volunteer, you will receive: ​

  • Official Volunteer Certificate 
      You will receive an official certificate recognizing your volunteer contribution and participation in Authors Avenue. 

  • Letter of Appreciation
    Upon completion of your volunteer commitment, you will receive an official Letter of Appreciation acknowledging your contribution to the event.

  • Professional & Cultural Experience
    Gain hands-on experience working alongside our event and publishing team in a professional, creative, and multicultural environment.

  • Meet Authors & Creative Professionals
    Have the opportunity to meet and interact with authors, publishers, artists, performers, entrepreneurs, and other members of the cultural community.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Event Experience
    Experience firsthand how a multi-author cultural event is organized and brought to life, from guest services and author support to book activities and event operations.

    Be recognized as a member of the official Authors Avenue Volunteer Team and as one of the people who helped make the event possible.

    Selected moments and volunteer team activities may be featured on Authors Avenue and Kidsocado social media platforms as part of our appreciation for the people behind the event.

    Outstanding volunteers may be considered for future volunteer, internship, event, and collaboration opportunities with Kidsocado and upcoming cultural programs.
