About the Author
Payam Roshani began his professional career at the intersection of his two lifelong interests: construction and finance. He studied civil engineering in Iran, which gave him a precise technical and analytical perspective on the housing sector. After immigrating to Canada in 2007, he continued his education and career with a focus on business and finance, gradually laying a new foundation of expertise for his future.
Payam first earned a credential in International Business Management and then a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His deep interest in the housing market, coupled with an analytical financial mindset, led him into mortgage advising. After completing specialized courses and obtaining the required licence, he started working as a mortgage advisor. He later expanded his scope to real-estate transactions by earning a Real Estate Trading licence.
Today, Payam Roshani is recognized as a dual-licensed specialist in Mortgage Brokering and Real Estate Trading. By combining a technical lens from his engineering background with rigorous financial analysis and extensive experience in the housing market, he helps clients navigate the home-buying journey with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
His efforts have been marked by notable achievements. In 2023 and 2024, in recognition of outstanding performance and client satisfaction, Payam received Sales Achievement Awards from the respected firm Oakwyn Realty.
His view of the profession goes beyond sales and transactions. Payam believes a true advisor’s role is not limited to securing financing or finding the right property; it also includes accurate information, honest guidance, and hands-on support for clients’ decisions.
